WOODBURN, Ore. - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Competition Eliminator at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, Northwest Division, Les Schwab Challenge at Woodburn Dragstrip listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed this round, amount over/under index this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time, speed & over/under Index, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: Todd Miller Runs 6.270/223.93/-0.700, Now #1; AA/AM Index: 6.97, Prior Best: 6.361/222.99/-0.609, Was #3
Right Lane: Aaron Strong Runs 8.139/166.23/-0.611, Now #4; B/T Index: 8.75, Prior Best: 8.174/165.28/-0.576, Was #5

11:48 am. Miller lays down his best run of the weekend and he goes quicker than the current record. Strong in the other lane makes his best run of the weekend.

Aaron Strong's incremental times: 60ft-1.164 sec., 330ft-3.345, 660ft-5.188/132.99 mph, 1,000ft-6.788.

Both of these cars improve. It looks likes this will be a very quick session.

Byron's car goes silent at half track. Anderson improves a little and he will move up a couple of spots.

No improvement for Graham, but Bowdish goes quicker and moves up 2 spots on the sheet.

Spargo starts to rattle the tires about 60ft and he never lifts he then makes a move towards the wall and he lifts. Van Paepeghem makes a great run and he will move all the way to the #5 spot.

Perkin lifts right off the line and he will coast through. Warter with a nice run to move up a couple of spots.

Giroux with a small improvement and he will go to the #8 spot.

Dale Giroux's incremental times: 60ft-1.040 sec., 330ft-2.943, 660ft-4.523/156.14 mph, 1,000ft-5.877.
