6:50 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 65 degrees, relative humidity 18 percent, barometer 29.89 inches, adjusted altitude 2,892 feet.

McClenethan rattles the tires early and has to pedal. He pedals once, gets about 400 feet out and gives up on the run.

Pocock makes a good pass and takes the win.

Morris gets about 100 feet out and has to pedal. He gets the slicks to bite but he can't make up enough ground to reel in Monise. Monise goes down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend to take the win.

Boychuk hits the throttle and goes up in smoke. Cottrell goes down the groove with the quickest pass of the round so far to take the win.

Cottrell will have lane choice over Pocock in the next round.

Day hits the throttle and gets out of shape. he pedals, the rear of the car swings back and forth and he makes a move toward the centerline. He gets about 400 feet out and backs off of the throttle. Moreira goes down the groove with a good pass, his quickest of the weekend, to take the win.

Monise will have lane choice over Moreira in the next round.
