This is Thompson's first final.

Cowie just misses the tree and goes red for only the second time in his career. Thompson goes right down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend to take the win.

This is Thompson's second race. He did not qualify in his first attempt last year and this is his first start.

Bradley Thompson's incremental times: 60ft-0.918 sec., 330ft-2.389, 660ft-3.512/221.78 mph, 1,000ft-4.472.
