Scott Kelley followed up his victory in Sacramento by dominating the All
Motor class in his 1969 Volkswagen. Kelley qualified No. 1 and recorded low
elapsed-time and top speed of the event. Kelley's final round effort of
11.225 at 118.45 was good enough to hold off Adam Franzetti's 1989 Civic and
his 11.803 at 115.13 pass.
