Charles Cathell, left, received his NHRA Northeast Division Hall of Fame Plaque from Bob Lang,
Northeast Division director. Cathell, owner of US13 Dragway in Delmar, Del., was named to the
NED Hall of Fame during the division’s annual awards banquet.
