LAS VEGAS - Funny Car championship contender Jordan Vandergriff closed in on points leader Matt Hagan in dramatic fashion on Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, defeating Ron Capps in the final round at the MOPAR NHRA Las Vegas Nationals powered by Dodge.

Doug Kalitta (Top Fuel) and Dallas Glenn (Pro Stock) also won the 19th of 20 races during the 2026 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season and the fifth of six races in the Countdown to the Championship playoffs. Due to excessive winds, the Pro Stock Motorcycle final round will be contested at the finale in Pomona.

Jordan Vandergriff, Chevy Camaro, 3.873, 331.36 defeated Ron Capps, Toyota GR Supra, 3.921 seconds, 335.15 mph.

Funny Car standout Jordan Vandergriff picked up his fourth win of the season when he defeated Ron Capps in Las Vegas at the MOPAR NHRA Las Vegas Nationals powered by Dodge. Vandergriff's 3.873-second pass at 331.36 mph gave him the win on Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Top Fuel winner Doug Kalitta drives the Mac Tools Top Fuel dragster.
Doug Kalitta, 3.658 seconds, 338.60 mph defeated Leah Pruett, 5.751 seconds, 124.89 mph.

Reigning Top Fuel world champion Doug Kalitta his fifth race of the season when he won the MOPAR NHRA Las Vegas Nationals powered by Dodge in Las Vegas. Kalitta clocked a 3.658-second lap at 3.658 mph to defeated Leah Pruett at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Kalitta will enter the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals second in points.

Pro Stock winner Dallas Glenn drives the RAD Torque Systems Chevrolet Camaro.
Dallas Glenn, Chevy Camaro, 6.587 seconds, 206.26 mph defeated Troy Coughlin Jr., Camaro, 6.604 seconds, 207.69 mph.

Reigning Pro Stock world champion Dallas Glenn extended his points lead when he won the MOPAR NHRA Las Vegas Nationals powered by Dodge on Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Glenn powered to a 6.587-second pass at 206.26 to win his sixth race of the 2026 season.

NOTE: Due to excessive winds, the Pro Stock Motorcycle final round will be contested at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals in Pomona.
