GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Results of round 1 eliminations in School of Automotive Machinists Factory Stock Showdown at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 51st annual Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals:

This is the first time Barton and Cerbone have faced each other in eliminations.

Cerbone with the starting line advantage, but Barton has the lead by the time they go by the Christmas tree and never trails from there on for the win.
