TOPEKA, Kan. - Approximately 20-minutes ago the track drying procedure was just about completed, but then the rain returned. There was a downpour that left puddles on the track, so scrap the 3:30 PM start time. As I am typing this the rain has stopped again, but the Safety Safari has not started the track drying procedure yet.

Stay tuned as we will have all the weather updates and hopefully some racing action today.
