DINWIDDIE, Va. - 9 a.m. It's clear and sunny a few miles south of here, but we're sitting under a big, dark cloud at Virginia Motorsports Park.
It rained all night and it's still raining, very hard at times, with wind, lightning and thunder.
Obviously, we are not racing.
The grounds are saturated, the parking areas are "loose" and the likelihood of "weepers" is high because of the amout of rain that
has been dumped on the track in the past two days.
Officially, we are in a "sit and wait" mode. We'll let you know when that changes, one way or another.
