4:44 PM Brand did all he could do, cutting a great light and making a solid run, but Rector once again had the tuneup when it counted, erasing brand's starting line advantage by half track and then pulling away to win by half a car length to continue his 2002 win streak - 20 round wins, five events, and still counting.
