McMillen in prior events. Bernstein with the starting line advantage and never trailed but had a
big puff of engine smoke as he crossed the finish line for the win. Brandon Bernstein's MOV:
0.0443 seconds (approximately 19 feet). MCmillen gave him a good run just came up a little
short.

Schumacher and Langdon have each won 2 times against the other in prior events. Langdon like
every round this year, but one is out of the gate first and then they are tied at the 330-foot mark
and they are still tied at the 660-foot mark. Schumacher is able to just get by Langdon on the top
end for the win. Tony Schumacher's MOV: 0.0083 seconds (approximately 4 feet). That was a great
drag race.

Dixon is 7 - 3 against Brown in prior events. Brown was too quick on the tree and turned on
the red light. This is only the second time Brown has foul out in Top Fuel and both have been
against Dixon. Dixon used up an engine in the win. Dixon will give up lane choice to Schumacher
in the next round.

Kalitta is 24 - 16 against McClenathan in prior events. Kalitta with a slight starting line
advantage, but after that it was all McClenathan with the quickest pass of the round. Cory
McClenathan's MOV: 0.0164 seconds (approximately 8 feet). He will have lane choice over Bernstein
in the semifinal.
