Patterson heads for the wall, fights it back, heads for the centerline and finally aborts the run.

The left lane is proving to be trouble in this round, every truck that has ran has veered left toward the wall.

Stanfield is the first driver that has been able to keep it straight in the left lane. He makes a good run but Panella has too much power and wins by a margin of victory = 0.016 seconds (approximately 4 feet). He will have lane choice over Coughlin in the third round.
