5:11 PM Sarver put Force in the left lane, where he's never been today. The race was a classic, two great reaction times (for Funny Car) and two great runs, Force slowly extending his lead to win by a Margin of victory = 0.059 seconds (approximately 27 feet). When Force got out of the car at the top end of the car, his face shield was all fogged up. That's win #92 and ends an almost-four-year win drought for Force at Pomona, his last win here the 1997 Winternationals.
