11:41 a.m. Chesterman was on a decent pass until the 1000 foot mark, then he bangs the
blower, the releif panel flying high into the air. Cheeseman shakes the tires, then gives
up on the run around half-track.

Payne isn't qualified for the regular race so this run means a lot. He gets loose off
the line, skates around for the first half of the run, then goes on through with the
quickest run of the weekend so far.
