Close race here. Wilson had a small lead at the start but it's Stanfield with the better ET.

   1 Kurt Johnson 6.921 199.20 Q 8 Allen Johnson 6.948 198.26

You just can't do this in Pro Stock. KJ gives up .06 on the start and even though he runs the quickest pass of eliminations, he loses. Tough day in a tough class.

   2 Warren Johnson 6.921 199.11 Q 10 Tom Hammonds 6.951 197.86

Warren gives up .02 on the tree but manages to drive around Hammonds. Big win for WJ.

   4 Ron Krisher 6.936 199.02 Q 5 Jeg Coughlin 6.938 198.70
   (B Allen ) 0.462 6.932 198.96 E1 (S Geoffrion ) 0.440 6.938 198.55

As they all are in Pro Stock, another close one. Just about an even start but the new POWERade Champ pulls out a win and a trip to to the semis. Jeg will have lane choice over Allen Johnson and WJ has choice over Greg Stanfield.
