POMONA, Calif. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock Truck at the 37th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Rick Brown Runs 7.548/178.66, Now #19; Best prior run: 7.536/178.92, Was #19
Right Lane: Kurt Hugger Runs 7.648/177.14, Now #20; Best prior run: 7.688/176.77, Was #20

2:06 PM The end of a modern era. Here is last qualifying session of the last nation event race for Pro Stock Trucks. No help for either truck.

Perin moves up two stop in this tough field.

Gracia get in for now on the bump and Ficco improves too.

Price has problems and is towed away. Eaton can't improve.

Coughlin takes the long way down after the truck makes a move after the launch. No help Naiser.

Just when you thought it was over, Lingenfelter show the truck guys how to do it with another track ET record. He has bumped the MPH several times already. Patterson slows and keeps the number four spot going into eliminations tomorrow. That's a wrap for Pro Stock Qualifying at NHRA events. Jeff Gracia will stay on the bump spot with a 7.501 ET.
