Gordon out of the gate first, but Gasparrelli was able to chase him down by the 330-foot mark and blasted on into the final.

Weaver with the starting line advantage, but had tire shake and got out of the groove and over close to the centerline. He was able to reel it back into the groove around half track, but by then Harker was able to drive around him to take the win. Harker will give up lane choice to Gasparrelli in the final.
