3:52 PM Rampy took a 0.12 second CIC penalty in round three, while Butner only gave up 0.04 seconds to the CIC, also in the third round. Butner got a great light and then paid the price, earning a 0.01 penalty on Monday to get the win, while Rampy gave up another 0.03 in permanent CIC adjustment in a losing cause, his index now due a "nickle hit" on Monday. Margin of victory = 0.060 seconds (approximately 14 feet).
