Best Appearing Car - EC Sigmon Inc. '34 Roadster, Competition Eliminator entry. Driver: Ed Sigmon, Canoga Park, Calif..

Best Appearing Crew - David Myers '99 Camaro, Competition Eliminator entry. Driver: David Myers, Dallas.

Best Engineered - Chuck Haubiel Motorsports '62 Corvette, Super Gas entry. Driver: Chuck Haubiel, Gahanna, Ohio.

Winston No Bull Challenge (The Winston No Bull Challenge is worth $100,000 to Top Fuel and Funny Car competitors; $50,000 to Pro Stock competitors; and $25,000 to Pro Stock Motorcycle competitors. Contestants are determined through lottery-style pre-race drawings) -- No winners at this event.

BIG BUD Shootout At Pomona Award ($4,000 to the No. 1 qualifier in Top Fuel) - Gary Scelzi, Fresno, Calif., Team Winston Dragster, 4.570 seconds, 322.11 mph.

BIG BUD Shootout At Indy Award ($4,000 to the No. 1 qualifier in Funny Car) - Ron Capps, San Diego, Copenhagen Chevrolet Camaro, 4.853 seconds, 309.34 mph.

Holley Pro Stock Dominator Duel Award ($3,000 to the No. 1 qualifier in Pro Stock) - Troy Coughlin, Columbus, Ohio, Jeg's Mail Order Oldsmobile Cutlass, 6.901 seconds, 198.99 mph.

Holley Pro Stock Dominator Duel Award ($1,000 to the No. 1 qualifier in Pro Stock Motorcycle) - Matt Hines, Trinidad, Colo., Eagle One Suzuki GSXR, 7.179 seconds, 186.10 mph.

Holley Pro Stock Dominator Duel Award ($1,500 to the No. 1 qualifier in Pro Stock Truck) - Bob Panella, Stockton, Calif., Panella Trucking Chevrolet S-10, 7.491 seconds, 178.92 mph.

Sears Craftsman Crew Chief Of The Race Awards ($1,000 to the Top Fuel, Funny Car and Pro Stock crew chiefs of the race) - Connie Kalitta for Doug Kalitta's Kitty Hawk dragster; Rob Flynn for Jerry Toliver's WWF Chevrolet Corvette; and Mike Stryker for Warren Johnson's GM Goodwrench Pontiac Firebird in Pro Stock.

Auto Ventshade 'Cool Stuff' Move of the Race ($2,500 bonus available for the driver who performs the coolest under pressure) - Don Lampus from Garland, Texas, who qualified his Lampus Racing Top Fueler in the top half of the field then in round two of eliminations drove well past half-track with the front end three feet in the air.

Speed-Pro 200 MPH Pro Stock Club ($1,000 bonus available for Pro Stock drivers who post a speed of 200 mph. One of 16 spots remain in the program) - No winners.
