Lingenfelter did all he could, but his holeshot was not enough to overcome Ozzie's performance edge. Ozzie advances, winning by a margin of victory = 0.027 seconds (approximately 7 feet).

Also no championship entanglements here. Patterson got the holeshot, but like Lingenfelter was unable to run the numbers and Stanfield advances by a margin of victory = 0.066 seconds (approximately 17 feet).

Jeter needed to win here to keep his title hopes alive and Johns took it away by a margin of victory = 0.010 seconds (approximately 3 feet), overcoming Jeter's holeshot on the top end for the narrow win. That clinches the title for Panella.

The championship now in his pocket officially, all Panella needed to worry about now was the event title. He appears on his way to that honor also with the quickest pass of the round, winning by a margin of victory = 0.137 seconds (approximately 36 feet) and easily earning lane choice against Osborne in the semifinals.
