5:06 PM In the left lane you have your blown alcohol dragster, in the right lane you have your injected fuel dragster. Each has a cadre of vocal supporters. Santos' blown car had a performance advantage in the two earlier runs today, but technically he won this one on a holeshot, Troxel's elapsed time quicker by 0.01 seconds. It was a good drag race, but Santos led it all the way and held off the fueler's top end charge by a margin of victory = 0.034 seconds (approximately 13 feet).
