11:38 AM In a surprise move, race officials decided to run the Pro finals as soon as the track was dry enough to race on - and equally surprising, the air temperature increased enough to stop the light dew from forming on the racing surface. So we're going racing with the fuel floppers the first thing down the track today.

11:42 AM and two fuel engines cackle into life. Hang on, this could be ugly - the track temperature is only 66 degrees. And it turned out to be a very good race, Tony with the holeshot and steadily pulling away, both cars clean and straight.
