Right Lane: Max Yaremko Runs 5.607/259.06, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.211/253.90, Was #12
6:10 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 63 degrees, relative humidity 47 percent, barometer 30.06 inches, adjusted altitude 2,779 feet.
Yaremko goes down the groove with a career best run but he still comes up a little short.
Max Yaremko's incremental times: 60ft-0.953 sec., 330ft-2.508, 660ft-3.717/205.60 mph, 1,000ft-4.740.
Left Lane: Jake Slater Runs 5.636/277.32, Now #10; Best prior run: 5.686/267.59, Was #11
Right Lane: Bret Williamson Runs 5.619/254.57, Now #8; Best prior run: 5.599/257.14, Was #8
Slater goes down the groove with his quickest pass of the day but he doesn't get in the show. Williamson makes a full pass but slows from his earlier attempt.

Right Lane: Ray Martin Runs 8.922/113.35, Now #7; Best prior run: 5.554/277.94, Was #7
Martin shook off of the line, the rear end started dancing around and he backed off of the throttle. Macklyn goes down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend and he gets in the show bumping out Williamson.
Steve Macklyn's incremental times: 60ft-0.946 sec., 330ft-2.463, 660ft-3.668/204.48 mph, 1,000ft-4.708.
Left Lane: Jim Whiteley Runs 5.543/263.31, Now #6; Best prior run: 5.540/263.26, Was #6
Right Lane: Tobin Gasparrelli Runs 5.514/261.88, Now #5; Best prior run: 5.539/261.88, Was #5
Whiteley makes another straight, consistent run but he doesn't improve. Gasparrelli goes down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend but he stays in the fifth spot.

Gordon makes a decent pass but he doesn't improve. Westerfield makes his quickest pass of the day, a tie with Annie Whiteley's run, but will be in second because of his slower speed.

Bellemeur goes down the groove with his quickest pass of the day and he takes the top spot to end qualifying. Whiteley was on a decent run but her car nosed over before she made it to half track.
Sean Bellemeur's incremental times: 60ft-0.930 sec., 330ft-2.437, 660ft-3.610/210.80 mph, 1,000ft-4.609.
