Capps is 2 - 0 against Vandergriff in prior events and this is the first time they have faced each other in a final round.

Capps is the only FC driver Vandergriff has raced this year and not beaten. Ron Capps is 4 - 5 in the Final round when qualified #8.

Capps gets out of the gate first but Vandergriff reels him in and goes around him before they reach the sixty foot mark. Vandergriff starts pulling away and extends his lead through the rest of the run.

Jordan Vandergriff's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(0.033), 330 ft(0.038), 660ft(0.037). MOV: 0.0329 seconds (approximately 16 feet).

This is Vandergriff's fourth career victory.
