Ashley with the starting line advantage, he started to lose traction and pedaled it. He got it to hook up enough to take the win.

Stewart was up in smoke around 330 feet and pedaled it, ut was back up in smoke and finally gave up the chase.

Gordon kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight for the win. She will have lane choice over Ashley in the semifinal.
