LONG BEACH, Calif. --- The 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season comes to a close this weekend at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, November 13-16, and for Buddy Hull and Jim Dunn Racing, it's set to be a celebration of legacy, perseverance and passion for the sport.

Hull will take to the track behind the wheel of the Moon Equipped Jim Dunn Racing Funny Car, a fan-favorite that's synonymous with both speed and nostalgia. The Finals will mark the fifth appearance of a Mooneyes livery this season, a fitting tribute as both Jim Dunn Racing and Mooneyes commemorate 75 years of excellence in their respective crafts.

"It's really special to close out the year in Pomona with Moon Equipped on the car," said Hull. "Jim Dunn Racing has such an incredible legacy, and to be part of their 75th year, and to share that milestone with Mooneyes, is something I'm truly honored to represent. The Mooneyes Funny Car means so much to the fans and to drag racing history, and we want to finish the season strong with it."

The In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals promises a highly competitive weekend with 21 Funny Cars vying for 16 qualifying spots. Hull and the team are ready to battle for a place in the field and end the season with a performance that reflects their determination and growth throughout the year.

"This team never stops fighting," said Hull. "We've faced some challenges this season, but every round has been an opportunity to learn and get stronger. I'm proud of the effort every single person at Jim Dunn Racing has put in. We may not have the biggest operation, but we've got heart, and that goes a long way out here."

Fans attending the Finals can also celebrate the Mooneyes milestone in style, with the Mooneyes souvenir trailer on site at Pomona, featuring an exclusive 75th anniversary Moon Equipped t-shirt for sale.

This legendary t-shirt design will be available trackside in the Mooneyes souvenir trailer during the NHRA Finals "This weekend is about celebrating two incredible brands, Mooneyes and Jim Dunn Racing, and the people behind them who've kept their passion alive for 75 years," said Hull. "The fans make it all worthwhile, and I can't wait to see that sea of Moon fans in the stands."

Following the on-track action, Hull and his wife Madi will attend the NHRA Awards Banquet on Monday, where the sport's top performers will be honored and he'll reflect on another season of growth and grit.

"It's been my second full season in Funny Car, and the second time I've been part of the Countdown to the Championship, that's something I'm very proud of," said Hull. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to drive for a legend like Jim Dunn, to represent partners like Mooneyes, and to have a chance to do what I love at this level. We're already fired up for next year."

In addition to Moon Equipped, this weekend Hull will also be representing sponsors Blaze Exhaust Probes, Lescure Mechanical Services, KGC Construction, Vertex Roofers and General Contractors, Crow Safety, Koppl Pipeline Services, True Brand, Menards, Wiley X, USD and Compass Facility Services.

Hull and the Jim Dunn Racing team will have two qualifying runs on Friday, November 14 and then two more qualifying runs on November 15 at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip. The 16 Funny Cars with the quickest elapsed times after all four rounds of qualifying will compete for the final Wally off the season on Sunday, November 16 at 11 a.m. PT.
