Left Lane: Cheyne Phillips Runs 5.290/273.27, Now #6; Best prior run: 17.140/58.70, Was #20
Weather conditions: air temperature 73 degrees, relative humidity 22 percent, barometer 29.90 inches, adjusted altitude 3,499 feet.
Phillips launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number six spot. Cheyne Phillips' incremental times: 60ft-0.929 sec., 330ft-2.419, 660ft-3.533/224.88 mph, 1,000ft-4.475.
