S. Torrence is 16 - 4 against B. Torrence in prior events.

Father vs. Son and dad is off the starting line first. Steve is up in smoke early and pedals it. He is back up in smoke and pedals it again and bangs a blower.

Billy is on a good pass until on the top end when he used up another bullet. The word from the top end is there is oil. Billy Torrence was charged with an oildown, #2 for the season. That will cost 10 points. Billy is advancing to his 13th final round and will give up lane choice Langdon in the semifinal.
