Hight is 33 - 17 against Tasca III in prior events and Hight is 3 - 1 against Tasca III in prior final rounds.

Tasca gets the advantage off of the line but gets about 100 feet out and has to pedal. he pedals once more and recovers. it was too late, Hight had pulled around and went on through to take the stripe for the win.

This is Hight's fourth win this year and the 65th of his career.
