LAS VEGAS - Notes from round 3 qualifying in Top Fuel at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 23rd annual NHRA Nevada Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Kelly Harper Runs 3.817/318.54, Now #12; Best prior run: 3.830/320.66, Was #12
Right Lane: T.J. Zizzo Runs 10.322/79.20, Now #14; Best prior run: 3.910/262.33, Was #14

Weather conditions: air temperature 70 degrees, relative humidity 23 percent, barometer 29.87 inches, adjusted altitude 3,342 feet, track temperature 101 degrees.

Harper was skating around, but stayed with it. He makes his quickest pass, but will stay in the number 12 spot.

Zizzo is up in smoke right at the hit.

Millican started to haze the tires around half track.

Langdon was on a good looking pass, but then had a hot pipe or two around 800 feet and clicked it off early. Shawn Langdon's incremental times: 60ft-0.835 sec., 330ft-2.115, 660ft-2.980/293.22 mph.

Hart kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to make hie quickest pass of the weekend to get off the bump spot. Josh Hart's incremental times: 60ft-0.846 sec., 330ft-2.149, 660ft-3.024/289.01 mph.

Torrence kept it hitting on all eight all the way down the track with the quickest pass of the session. He makes his quickest pass of the weekend to go to the number three spot. Steve Torrence's incremental times: 60ft-0.835 sec., 330ft-2.121, 660ft-2.984/295.34 mph.

Schumacher with his quickest pass of the weekend, but he will stay in the number eight spot. Tony Schumacher's incremental times: 60ft-0.844 sec., 330ft-2.133, 660ft-2.997/293.86 mph. He makes the second quickest pass of the session.

Brown started mixing up cylinders on the top end and clicked it off.
