ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 1 eliminations in Top Alcohol Dragster at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 38th annual Texas NHRA FallNationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 64 degrees, relative humidity 43 percent, barometer 30.17 inches, adjusted altitude 929 feet.
This is the first time Fricke and Stewart have faced each other in eliminations.
Stewart with the starting line advantage, but then started to lose traction and he pedaled it. The car was sideways, but he got it to hook up and take the win.

Fricke loses traction and pedals it, but can't chase him down.

Schmidt with the starting line advantage, but the car made a quick move toward the wall. He does hit the wall to give Green the win, who was up in smoke right at the hit and clicked it off.

Payne with the starting line advantage, but the car makes a move out of the groove toward the wall and she clicks it off.

Cooper is straight down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend for the win.

Nataas with the starting line advantage, but Severance has the lead as they go by the Christmas tree. Nataas chases him down and goes around him around 800 feet and takes th win. She makes her quickest pass of the weekend for the win.

Sackman with a great light and pulls the front end high in the air. The front end comes down and he is close to the centerline, but he tight rope drives to the finish line for the win. Sackman with his quickest pass of the weekend for the win. He will give up lane choice to Nataas in the next round.

Cummings is up in smoke right at the hit and clicks it off.
