celebrate 2021 Camping World Championships
POMONA, Calif. - Steve Torrence, Greg Anderson and Matt Smith all wrapped up their championship seasons in impressive fashion, racing to a world title and the event victory on Sunday at the season finale, the Auto Club NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway at Pomona.

All four points leaders entering the race also claimed world titles, as Torrence clinched his fourth straight world title in Top Fuel, Anderson and Smith each won their fifth championship in Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle, respectively, and Ron Capps picked up his second career world title in Funny Car.

Bob Tasca III (Funny Car) also picked up a win at the final race of the Countdown to the Championship and the 2021 NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series season.

Torrence clinched his fourth straight world championship by winning his first-round matchup. Torrence also won the race.

Funny Car World Champion NAPA Auto Parts Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat

Capps earned his second career world championship when teammate Matt Hagan lost in the semifinals. Capps won his first world title in 2016.

Pro Stock World Champion HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro

Pro Stock's Anderson, the all-time wins leader in the class, earned his fifth career world championship by defeating defending world champ Erica Enders in the semifinals.

Smith picked up his second straight world title and fifth overall when he knocked off Angelle Sampey in the second round in Pro Stock Motorcycle.

Steve Torrence, 3.759 seconds, 317.12 mph def. Antron Brown, 3.803 seconds, 312.21 mph.

Torrence capped off his fourth straight world title by winning for the 11th time this season and 51st time in his career.

Bob Tasca III, Ford Mustang, 3.955 seconds, 321.65 mph defeated Alexis DeJoria, Toyota Camry, 3.974 seconds, 322.58 mph.

Tasca closed the season on a strong note, grabbing his third victory of the season and the ninth in his career.

Greg Anderson, Chevy Camaro, 6.574 seconds, 208.23 mph defeated Kyle Koretsky, Camaro, 6.567 seconds, 209.56 mph.

Anderson claimed his fifth victory of the season and the 99th in his career by winning on a holeshot in the final round.

Matt Smith, EBR, 6.817 seconds, 200.74 mph defeated Karen Stoffer, Suzuki, 6.766 seconds, 198.47 mph.

With a holeshot in the final round, Smith picked up his sixth victory of the season and the 32nd in his career.
