Severance' dragster has been running like a bracket car this weekend with four good passes. Grisel has had one bad run but equalled Severance' round one pass with his quickest run of the weekend.

Severance has lane choice with the faster speed.

Severance gets out of the gate first, gets about 60 feet out and starts rattling the tires. He has to pedal to calm down the slicks and that was all Grisel needed. Grisel goes around him and extends his lead through the rest of the run and moves on to the final round.

Casey Grisel's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.031), 330 ft(0.180), 660ft(0.264), 1,000ft(0.489). MOV: 0.8664 seconds (more than 100 feet).

Cowie hits the throttle a little too soon and turns on the red light ending his day. Stalba goes down the groove with another clean, straight pass and takes the win.

Karen Stalba's incremental times: 60ft-0.958 sec., 330ft-2.445, 660ft-3.554/226.47 mph, 1,000ft-4.490.

Stalba will have lane choice over Grisel in the final round.
