MADISON, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 10th annual NHRA Midwest Nationals:

Troy Coughlin is 8 - 5 in rd. 1 this year. He beat Mason in the semi-finals at Gainesville this year.

Mason McGaha is 8 - 5 in rd.1 this year. This is his 19th start overall.

Coughlin Jr. and McGaha have each won 1 times against the other in prior events.

Coughlin Jr. leaves too quick and turns on the red light to give McGaha the win. McGaha makes a good looking pass.

Brogdon mad a move toward the wall, but he reeled it in and takes the win.
