MOHNTON, Pa. - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Top Alcohol Dragster at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 36th annual Mopar Express Lane NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: Earl Nichols Jr. Runs 5.427/274.05, Now #7; Best prior run: 16.300/73.16, Was #12
Right Lane: Dan Page Runs 5.316/271.68, Now #6; No Prior Run
Nichols Jr. is straight down the groove with a clean pass and his fastest of the season. Earl Nichols Jr.'s incremental times: 60ft-1.007 sec., 330ft-2.550, 660ft-3.672/223.99 mph, 1,000ft-4.614.
Page launched hard and kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to make his quickest and fastest pass of the season to go to the number six spot. Dan Page's incremental times: 60ft-0.932 sec., 330ft-2.415, 660ft-3.541/222.29 mph, 1,000ft-4.496.
Left Lane: Duane Shields Runs 12.484/98.39, Now #13; Best prior run: 9.670/119.96, Was #12
Right Lane: Mike Hepp Runs 5.480/264.44, Now #8; Best prior run: 12.445/64.82, Was #13
Shields is up in smoke right at the hit and clicks it off.
Hepp was straight down the groove with his career quickest and fastest pass to go to the number eight spot. Mike Hepp's incremental times: 60ft-0.971 sec., 330ft-2.466, 660ft-3.634/212.23 mph, 1,000ft-4.632.

Stalba launched hard and kept it hooked up make her career fastest pass, but she will stay in the number three spot. Karen Stalba's incremental times: 60ft-0.930 sec., 330ft-2.403, 660ft-3.504/228.04 mph, 1,000ft-4.429.
Fricke kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to make her quickest pass this weekend. Jackie Fricke's incremental times: 60ft-0.961 sec., 330ft-2.433, 660ft-3.522/231.36 mph, 1,000ft-4.441. She will stay in the number four spot. She won the race.
