LAS VEGAS - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 20th annual Dodge NHRA Finals presented by Pennzoil listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:
Left Lane: Aaron Strong Runs 6.826/203.77, Now #1
Right Lane: Steve Graham Runs 15.881/83.23, Now #2
Strong makes a quick move toward the centerline, but he reels it in. Aaron Strong's incremental times: 60ft-1.001 sec., 330ft-2.871, 660ft-4.405/160.96 mph, 1,000ft-5.720.
Graham with severe tire shake right at the hit and pushed in the clutch.
Left Lane: Fernando Cuadra Runs 13.667/62.10, Now #3
Right Lane: Alan Prusiensky Runs 7.217/145.61, Now #2
Cuadra made a quick move toward the centerline and pushed in the clutch.
Prusiensky slowed on the top end as he was trailing a lot of smoke.
Left Lane: Mason McGaha Runs 6.649/205.94, Now #1
Right Lane: Cristian Cuadra Runs 6.709/204.23, Now #2
McGaha is straight down the groove with a good clean pass. Mason McGaha's incremental times: 60ft-0.983 sec., 330ft-2.778, 660ft-4.267/163.97 mph, 1,000ft-5.559.
