Pruett had a couple cylinders out early.

Torrence with a slight starting line advantage, Schumacher has the lead as they go by the Christmas tree. Torrence has the lead back at 330 feet and never trailed from there on for the win. Billy Torrence's MOV: 0.0543 seconds (approximately 25 feet). He will give up lane choice to Kalitta in the semifinal.
