MADISON, Ill. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, ninth annual Mopar Express Lane NHRA Midwest Nationals presented by Pennzoil:

Torrence is 19 - 16 against Kalitta in prior events and Torrence is 6 - 2 against Kalitta in prior final rounds.

Torrence with the starting line advantage, but is up in smoke right at the hit and clicks it off.

Kalitta launched hard and kept it hooked up to take the win. He runs low E.T. of the event for the win.

Kalitta with the win is now two points behind Torrence.

Kalitta wins his second Wally this year and the 49th of his career.
