ENNIS, Texas - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 34th annual AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Aaron Stanfield Runs 6.556/210.14, Now #5; Best prior run: 7.099/144.69, Was #15
Right Lane: Shane Tucker Runs 6.609/209.39, Now #13; Best prior run: 13.874/61.92, Was #16

Stevens started to drift out of the groove and pushed in the clutch.

Kramer launched hard and kept it hooked up to go to the number one spot. Deric Kramer's incremental times: 60ft-0.963 sec., 330ft-2.721, 660ft-4.191/167.36 mph, 1,000ft-5.463.

Line is just a tick better from his pass earlier today and stays in the number seven spot. Jason Line's incremental times: 60ft-0.961 sec., 330ft-2.733, 660ft-4.212/166.66 mph, 1,000ft-5.487.

This was a great looking side-by-side drag race.

Butner kept it hooked up to go to the number two spot. Bo Butner's incremental times: 60ft-0.965 sec., 330ft-2.726, 660ft-4.197/167.34 mph, 1,000ft-5.468.

This was a great side-by-side drag race to wrap up day one of Pro Stock qualifying.

Enders launched hard and was straight down the groove to go to the number two spot. Erica Enders' incremental times: 60ft-0.963 sec., 330ft-2.712, 660ft-4.179/168.01 mph, 1,000ft-5.446.

Coughlin with a great pass, hooked up and hitting on eight to go to the number one spot. He had a great short time. Jeg Coughlin's incremental times: 60ft-0.956 sec., 330ft-2.705, 660ft-4.172/167.82 mph, 1,000ft-5.442.
