Torrence is 10 - 5 against Pritchett in prior events and Pritchett is 1 - 0 against Torrence in prior final rounds.

Pritchett double stepped it and then was up in smoke right off the starting line. Torrence launched hard and kept it hooked up hooked up to get the win. He wins his 10th Wally of the season and his fifth consecutive win in the Countdown to the Championship. This is his 26th Top Fuel win.
