This is a rematch of the 2015 Finaals here, Lombardo won that one. Lindberg is the defending Winternationals champion. Lombardo Jr. is 2 - 1 against Lindberg in prior events and Lombardo Jr. is 1 - 0 against Lindberg in prior final rounds.

Wow! Great race! Lindberg was quick enough to overcome Lombardo's small starting line advantage, moved to the lead in the first 60 feet, then held on for the win.

Jonnie Lindberg's incremental margins: 60ft(0.005), 330 ft(0.031), 660ft(0.030), 1,000ft(0.029). MOV: 0.0257 seconds (approximately 10 feet).

Lindberg gets his third win, with two runner-ups, and will start the 2016 season with the points lead, just as he did last year.
