POMONA, Calif. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 51st annual Auto Club NHRA Finals:

After a brief delay for a quick little shower we are back. Langdon is 10 - 6 against Millican in prior events. Langdon with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Millican with severe tire shake right at the hit and clicked it off. He moves back in front of Torrence (who hasn't run) for seventh place.

This is the first time Kalitta and Torrence have faced each other in eliminations. Kalitta with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. He will have lane choice over Langdon in the semifinal. torrence with tire shake right at the hit and pedals it and can't get it to settle down and clicks it off.

Crampton is 3 - 2 against Todd in prior events. Todd with a few ticks advantage and this is a great drag race...Crampton with the lead as they go by the Christmas tree and never trailed from there on for the win. Richie Crampton's MOV: 0.0182 seconds (approximately 9 feet). Crampton runs low E.T. of the event for the win.

Brown is 15 - 0 against Torrence in prior events. Torrence goes red and then runs low E.T. of the event in the losing effort. Brown with a great pass, but will give up lane choice to Crampton in the semifinal.
