ENNIS, Texas - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 30th annual AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals:

Worsham has two wins in five final rounds this year. He has 36 career wins, 28 in Funny Car.
Beckman has seven wins in eight final rounds this year. he has 22 career wins.
Beckman is 17 - 6 against Worsham in prior events and this is the first time they have faced each other in a final round.
The winner of this race will leave with the points lead.
Beckman gets off the line with the advantage and starts to pull away. He continues to extend his lead through the 330 foot mark, then Worsham starts to reel him in. Beckman hazes the tires, Worsham drives around him, then Worsham loses traction. He makes a quick move toward the centerline, has to back off the throttle, but stays in front and takes the win.

With the win Worsham extends his points lead to 38 with two races left.
