ENNIS, Texas - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 30th annual AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Alan Prusiensky Runs 6.753/205.66, Now #15; Best prior run: 6.724/206.01, Was #15
Right Lane: John Gaydosh Jr Runs 8.324/115.71, Now #16; Best prior run: 15.352/53.99, Was #16

Weather conditions: air temperature 83 degrees, relative humidity 39 percent, barometer 29.59 inches, adjusted altitude 2,563 feet, track temperature 92 degrees.

No help here for Prusiensky and he will start over tomorrow. Gaydosh Jr. with problems early and clicks it off.

Kramer with a lot of smoke right at the finish line, ut still improves. He will start over tomorrow. Laughlin improves on his times from earlier today but will not get in the show.

Line launched hard and keep it hooked up to go to the number one spot and set both ends of the track record.
