Brown is 31 - 24 against Schumacher in prior events and Brown is 6 - 4 against Schumacher in prior final rounds. Brown with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Schumacher was up in smoke as soon as he hit the throttle and coasted on through the 1000 feet. This is Brown's seventh win this season and his 54th overall career win. This is his 38 Top Fuel career win. Brown increases his point lead to 94 points.
