Schonberger's car launched, lost power and then barely made it to the finish line. It did not matyter though because Hopkins went red. Schonberger will race Russo in round two. Schonberger did not get an ET but he got the win.

Wolkwitz was not able to answer the call after rolling his Corvette during qualifying. Hughes took the green light for the win. He'll race Miller in the next round.
