Wade was late and Frantz chopped the tree down to get the win. Todd Frantz's MOV: 0.0350 seconds (approximately 7 feet). This is his second national event Wally in Super Stock (the other was at the 2013 Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals) and his third in all. The first one came in Competition Eliminator, at the 1997 U.S. Nationals. It is also his fifth final round appearance. The other two were also in Competition Eliminator, including a final round in the 2014 edition of this event. He is also in the Comp final round this year, still has a chance to join Coughlin in the "double" winner's circle.
