alBalooshi tried to do a burnout, the engine sounded weak and ragged and kept stalling. Finally the crew signaled to shut if off and pushed it away. Janis also had problems, way off the pace for most of the run.

Snavely got the starting line advantage, but once again his opponent led at 60 and 330 feet before the turbos kicked in and he took charge.

Rick Snavely's incremental times: 60ft-1.058 sec., 330ft-2.764, 660ft-4.005/200.44 mph, 1,000ft-5.048.

Snavely will have lane choice against Janis in the final round.
