Tuner with the starting line advantage, but Grimes had the difference made up by the time they went by the Christmas tree and took the win. Grimes with a great looking pass for the win. Boyer with the starting line advantage, but then started having problems and Pelrine with a good clean pass for the win. He will give up lane choice to Grimes in the semifinal.

Tharpe is just a tick too quick and turns on the red light and then smokes the tire right at the hit. Cownden with a good clean pass for the easy win and will have lane choice over House in the semifinal.
