Pollacheck gets out of the gate first, then Gann quickly reels him in. They swap the lead until half track, then Pollacheck goes ahead for good and takes the win.

Hall comes off the line, gets about 100 feet out and he sits up on the bike. Johnson goes right down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend to take the win.

This is the first time Camarena and Smith have faced each other in eliminations.

Camarena gets off the line first, Smith reels him in quickly and pulls away to take the win.

Johnson will have lane choice over Smith in round three.
